Terms & privacy

COZA Connect is run by COZA London (The Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, London). Questions about anything on this page: london@coza.org.ng.

Membership

• COZA Connect is free and open to students, young adults and members of COZA London aged 16 and over, from every background.
• Please give accurate details when you register, and register once only.
• We may close a registration that is duplicated, false, or used to abuse bookings.

Cinema Takeover booking terms

• Tickets are complimentary: one ticket per verified person, one active booking per email address and per mobile number.
• Your ticket shows your name and is for you only. It may not be sold or transferred without COZA London's approval.
• When you choose a seat it is held for five minutes. If you don't confirm in that time, it is released.
• Please arrive by 3:30 PM. Unclaimed seats may be released shortly before the film starts at 4:00 PM.
• You may be asked for your student ID or other photo identification at the door.
• Your QR code admits one person once. A copied or screenshotted code that has already been used will not be admitted.
• You can cancel online from your ticket page until Friday 9 October, 6 PM. After that, message us on WhatsApp (07405 640444).
• COZA London may reserve seats, move a booking to an equivalent seat if needed, or change event details; we'll email you if anything changes.
• Seat categories (Classic Saver, Classic, Premier, Classic Popular) are ODEON's names for the seats; every seat at this event is complimentary.

Photography & filming

We may take photographs and film at COZA Connect events and on campus visits, and use them on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, tell a member of the team on the day or email us, and we'll respect that.

Privacy notice

What we collect: your name, email, mobile number, whether you are a student or a COZA London member, your university (students), and — if you choose to give them — course, graduation year and how you heard about us. For bookings, your seat, booking reference and check-in time.

Why: to run your COZA Connect membership, issue and check your ticket, and contact you about events you've booked. We only send you news about future events if you ticked the separate, optional box to say yes.

Who sees it: the COZA London team. We don't sell or share your details with third parties. Our website host (Vercel), database (Neon) and email service (Resend) process it on our behalf.

How long: booking details are kept until the end of the event season; membership details until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, at any time by emailing london@coza.org.ng.

Cookies: this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in while you book.

Accessibility

The booking page works with a keyboard and screen readers, and you can choose a seat from a list as well as from the plan. ODEON's public information for Screen 2 doesn't show designated wheelchair or companion seats, so if you need access support, message us on WhatsApp (07405 640444) before booking and we'll arrange it with ODEON.

Safeguarding

If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of anyone at a COZA Connect activity, speak to a team member or email london@coza.org.ng.
